Neo Skewl will only affliate with your site if it meets MOST of the below requirements:
-Your site must be a Neopets help site. (graphics, tips, etc.)
-It must follow the current Neopets Terms and Conditions.
-Your site must have one of our affliate buttons on it before you make your affliate request.
-Your site must be a top level domain. (This means no .tk, freewebs, etc.)
-If your site has any ad pop-ups, don't bother requesting.
-Your site must have a decent amount of original content (with very little grammer/spelling mistakes).
